In January 2014, Playtech began a new partnership with a game developer called Casino Technology. Five Casino Technology slots were initially added on to Playtech’s innovative online casino platform and a steady flow of new slots from this emerging game developer continued to arrive over the next 12 months. The two latest slots arrived in December 2014 and in January 2015.
The latest Casino Technology slots to have arrived at several Playtech powered casinos included Secrets of the Amazon and The Pyramid of Ramesses. He then went on to say, “We strongly believe the integration of Casino technology’s games with our cross-platform solution will create the ultimate player experience and will contribute tremendously to our one stop shop solution and retail offering in particular. We are looking forward to presenting these games at ICE in February this year.” These exact words came directly from the official Playtech website.
Both new slots have 5 reels, but Secrets of the Amazon slot machine has 20 winning paylines and The Pyramid of Ramesses slot machine has as many as 100 winning paylines. On The Secrets of the Amazon slot, the Scatter Symbol is the Moonflower and the Wild Symbol is the Amazon Queen and on the other new slot, the Scatter Symbol is the Golden Pyramid and the Wild Symbol is the Scarab Jewellery.
On both slots, three more of the Scatter Symbols showing up will trigger a Free Spins Bonus Round where some huge prizes can be won. There is also a second screen picking bonus which can trigger during the Free Spins Bonus round on The Pyramid of Ramesses slot. This bonus round will trigger when three or more of the Scatter Symbols show up again.
The aim of this side game is to climb up the Pyramid and win up to a maximum 200x Stake Multiplier.
